  • Cleaning location address — to fulfill the order;
  • Order comments — if provided;
  • Photos of the space — if sent for a cost estimate;
  • Technical data about your visit (IP address, device type, on-site behavior) — via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel, only with your cookie consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • Processing cleaning orders, communicating with customers, fulfilling orders — performance of a contract;
  • Answering questions via messaging apps — legitimate interest / consent;
  • Website traffic analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads) — consent obtained via the cookie banner;
  • Improving service quality, quality control of cleaning — the Company's legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with:

  • Cleaners fulfilling the order — to the extent necessary (address, contact phone, order comments);
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel) — only with your consent for analytics/marketing cookies;
  • Messaging services (Telegram, WhatsApp/Meta, Rakuten Viber) — when you contact us through these channels, per their own privacy policies;
  • Public authorities — upon lawful request.

5. Retention period

Order data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the order and resolve any disputes — up to 3 years after the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data collected via analytics/marketing cookies is retained per the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

Under Law no. 195/2024, you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • restrict or object to processing;
